After 16 years in the corporate world, Amy resigned from her position as a Senior Director of Sales to spend time with her family.
She spent a full year enjoying the many moments she used to miss when traveling as part of her job. "It was tough getting used to being a stay-at-home mom after being in the corporate world for so long. But the slow, quiet time made me appreciate the little things in life. I realized I didn't need a big title…I just wanted to be happy doing something I loved while being able to pick up my son from school and take him to soccer practice." Amy saw the opportunity to make her dream a reality. Hence - Wild Nick's Cafe was born.
Together with the support of her family and parents, Amy has become an immediate hit at local farmer's markets. Now in her third year at the Chelmsford Agway Farmer's Market and Jones Farm Spring Farmer's Market, retail opportunities are starting at Sebastian's Cafe at Cross Point Towers in Lowell, MA and Jones Farm in Chelmsford, MA as well as the start of Wild Juice Company. Amy continues to grow her businesses!
On October 16, 2014, Wild Nicks Companies, LLC was formed in order to establish future subsidiaries to be added to the brand.
